Requirements for inclusion in the LAB-SUPPLY lecture program


Inclusion in the lecture program is only possible if the following requirements are met:

  • Your company is officially registered as an exhibitor for the desired LAB-SUPPLY location.
  • The lecture (either paid or free) was registered in advance via the booking form.


Important instructions

  • The number of lecture places is limited at all locations.
  • Places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received.
  • According to section 2.1 of our organizational framework, each exhibitor can book a free or paid presentation. However, there is no entitlement to a presentation slot.
  • Submitting a presentation topic without prior registration does not guarantee consideration.
  • The allocation of speaking times is carried out by the LAB-SUPPLY editorial team according to topic, relevance and availability.


Submission of your presentation topic

All presentation partners will be informed of the submission deadlines in good time.

Please submit your presentation topic as early as possible and do not wait until the deadline.


The stated deadline serves solely as the editorial deadline for the printed materials of the conference documents.

However, for our communication and the promotion of the individual LAB-SUPPLY locations, we need your presentation topic much earlier.

The sooner your presentation is complete, the better it can be integrated into our marketing and communication measures.


An early and complete lecture program contributes significantly to the success of each individual LAB-SUPPLY location.


Please submit the following information via the online form:

  • Presentation title
  • concise and informative description (max. 1,000 characters)
  • Target audience
  • Main topic
  • Name and email address of the speaker


The presentation will last 30 minutes, including a Q&A session.


Notice

The online form can be filled out and submitted multiple times.

It remains valid for the entire LAB SUPPLY year 2027.

Presentation language:

German for Germany, Austria and Basel

English/Dutch for the The Hague location

English/Danish for the Copenhagen location


In this context, it is important to us that the content of your presentation offers added value for the participants of LAB-SUPPLY. Your presentation should be user-oriented. Please refrain from purely product-focused presentations and marketing-heavy presentations.


If you are giving a presentation at several LAB-SUPPLYs, there is no objection to repeating the topic. Similarly, you can give a presentation in English in Germany, Austria, and Basel, but this must be clearly indicated (title and abstract in English).


IMPORTANT

If you booked the so-called "Speaker Leads" when registering your presentation, select "Yes, with leads" in the form and fill out the corresponding questions.

If you would like to book the so-called "Speaker Leads" at a later date, you can also inform us of this via the form and fill out the corresponding questions.

Information about the "Speaker Leads" can be found in the exhibitor portal under trade fair profile or in the FAQs.


We will provide the necessary equipment (projector, laptop, etc.).

Connecting your own laptop is possible.

We kindly ask you to test the laptop's compatibility with the provided projector during setup the day before.

Bringing your presentation on a USB stick is sufficient.

We do not need your presentation in advance of the event.
