Please submit the title of your presentation, a short, informative summary of your potential presentation in German for Germany and Austria, English/Dutch for The Hague, as well as the name and email address of the speaker(s) using the online form.


In this context, it's important to us that the content of your presentation offers added value for the LAB-SUPPLY participants. Your presentation should be user-oriented. Please refrain from pure product presentations and marketing-heavy presentations.

If you're giving a presentation at multiple LAB-SUPPLYs, there's nothing wrong with repeating the topic. You can also give a presentation in English in Germany and Austria.



The presentation will last 30 minutes, including a Q&A session. We will provide the necessary equipment (projector, laptop, etc.). You can connect your own laptop. Please test your laptop during setup the day before to ensure it's compatible with the provided projector. Bringing your presentation on a USB stick is sufficient. We do not require your presentation in advance.


Requirements for the selection of a lecture are


  • That your company is already an exhibitor at the desired location
  • The speaker agrees to the VCG conditions for speaker and moderator activities (insert link).
  • According to section 2.1 of our organizational framework, exhibitors may give a presentation free of charge. However, there is no entitlement to this. Likewise, no claim can be derived from the submission.
  • The presentation times are allocated by LAB-SUPPLY according to topic, relevance, availability and time of receipt.
