Delivery and setup
The Location in Graz works with the exhibition logistics provider AMB. Therefore, all deliveries must be handled and registered through the logistics provider. If packages arrive before the setup day, they will be stored temporarily for a fee. The same applies to the storage of empty packaging and to collections on Friday, July 10, 2026.
For deliveries on the setup day between 10:00 and 18:00, you do not need to register via AMB. Please only fill out the goods receipt form if no stand personnel will be on site to receive the delivery, and send the form to events@vogel.de.

Information for AMB:
Each exhibitor must send a delivery notification by email to office@amb-logistics.at with the following details:
- approximate delivery date
- number of packages (colli)
- desired delivery time to the stand
- phone notification by the driver 30 minutes before arrival
Please note that there is no unloading ramp on site. If you require a forklift for unloading or loading, this service can be ordered from AMB. For this, please also send an email to office@amb-logistics.at with the delivery date, delivery time, and approximate volume.
The exhibition is located in Foyer Mitte and Foyer Nord.
Booth Staff Registration
For the registration of booth staff, a separate registration of all persons via the booth staff ticket is required. One booth staff ticket is provided free of charge per booked running meter of stand space. You will receive the registration codes 8 weeks before the trade fair. For data protection reasons, we kindly ask you to complete your registration via our website. The booth staff ticket includes catering on the day of the trade fair (lunch) as well as 3 drinks per person. The drink vouchers will be handed out on the morning of the trade fair.
During the booking process, the exhibitor evening on the evening before the event can also be booked. Please note: Places for the exhibitor evening are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Registration for the exhibitor evening is not automatically included in the booth staff ticket.
The registration deadline is no later than 3 weeks before the trade fair.

Package Acceptance Without On-Site Booth Staff
If your company’s booth staff is not on site at the time of delivery, the corresponding package acceptance form must be completed in advance and sent to
events@vogel.de.

Important Notice Regarding Deliveries on Setup Day and Pickup
Please arrange for your exhibition goods to be delivered
on the setup day only. Deliveries beforehand are possible
only in exceptional cases and after prior consultation with us.
The same applies to pickups after the trade fair. Please schedule the pickup for the afternoon of the trade fair day whenever possible. Later pickups are only possible after prior consultation. Depending on the location, costs for overnight storage may apply.

For data protection reasons, we require you to register via our website. Please enter your personal access codes, which you received from us by email, in the "Access Code" field (top left) to register your booth staff free of charge. After entering the code, the "Booth Staff incl. Catering" ticket category will be activated at the top.
