For booth staff, separate registration of all personnel via booth staff ticket is required. One booth staff ticket is provided free of charge for each linear meter of booth space booked. You will receive the registration codes 8 weeks before the trade fair. For data protection reasons, we require your registration via our website.

The booth staff ticket includes lunch on the day of the trade fair as well as three drinks per person. You will receive the drink vouchers on the morning of the fair.

During the booking process, you can also add the exhibitor evening on the evening before the event. Please note: Places for the exhibitor evening are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A place is not guaranteed. Registration for the exhibitor evening is not automatically included in the stand staff ticket.

The registration deadline is no later than 3 weeks before the trade fair.

If your company's booth staff will not be present at the time of delivery, please complete the corresponding package acceptance form in advance and send it to events@vogel.de. The form for confirmation of receipt and the liability waiver for goods acceptance can be found here:

Important information regarding deliveries and collection on the setup day: We kindly ask you to deliver your exhibition goods only on the setup day. Deliveries in advance are only possible in exceptional cases and after prior consultation with us.

The same applies to collection after the trade fair. Please schedule collection for the afternoon of the trade fair day if possible. Later collections are only possible by prior arrangement. Depending on the location, overnight storage fees may apply.
