Package Acceptance Without On-Site Booth Staff

If your company’s booth staff is not on site at the time of delivery, the corresponding package acceptance form must be completed in advance and sent to events@vogel.de.
You can find the form for delivery confirmation and the liability waiver for goods acceptance here.


Important Notice Regarding Deliveries on Setup Day and Pickup
Please arrange for your exhibition goods to be delivered on the setup day only. Deliveries beforehand are possible only in exceptional cases and after prior consultation with us.

The same applies to pickups after the trade fair. Please schedule the pickup for the afternoon of the trade fair day whenever possible. Later pickups are only possible after prior consultation. Depending on the location, costs for overnight storage may apply.

Event registration


For data protection reasons, we require you to register via our website. Please enter your personal access codes, which you received from us by email, in the "Access Code" field (top left) to register your booth staff free of charge. After entering the code, the "Booth Staff incl. Catering" ticket category will be activated at the top.

The Estrel Berlin has its own underground car park with 450 parking spaces, which can be accessed from Ziegrastraße.


By train/public transport


S-Bahn S42 (Ringbahn – travel counter-clockwise to the stop) “Sonnenallee” (Estrel)


Any S-Bahn train traveling eastbound to S-Bahn station “Ostkreuz” (S3 / S5 / S7 / S75) or S-Bahn station “Treptower Park” (S9), then the S-Bahn S41 (Ringbahn – traveling clockwise) to “Sonnenallee” (Estrel)


Bus M41 (direction "Baumschulenstraße") to "Ziegrastraße"
