Booth Staff Registration
For the registration of booth staff, a separate registration of all persons via the booth staff ticket is required. One booth staff ticket is provided free of charge per booked running meter of stand space. You will receive the registration codes 8 weeks before the trade fair. For data protection reasons, we kindly ask you to complete your registration via our website.
The booth staff ticket includes catering on the day of the trade fair (lunch) as well as 3 drinks per person. The drink vouchers will be handed out on the morning of the trade fair.
During the booking process, the exhibitor evening on the evening before the event can also be booked. Please note: Places for the exhibitor evening are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Registration for the exhibitor evening is not automatically included in the booth staff ticket.
The registration deadline is no later than 3 weeks before the trade fair.

Delivery and Setup
The Augsburg Trade Fair works in partnership with the trade fair logistics provider BTG. All deliveries must therefore be handled and registered through the trade fair logistics provider. If packages arrive before the setup day, they will be stored temporarily at the exhibitor’s expense.

Exhibitors should enter through Gate 1. Between Halls 1 and 2, there is a passageway leading to the outdoor area. Deliveries to Hall 1 can then be made through Gates 4, 5, or 6. The PGF parking lot, located directly behind the hall, is reserved for exhibitors.
Package Acceptance Without On-Site Booth Staff
If your company’s booth staff is not on site at the time of delivery, the corresponding package acceptance form must be completed in advance and sent to
events@vogel.de.

Important Notice Regarding Deliveries on Setup Day and Pickup
Please arrange for your exhibition goods to be delivered
on the setup day only. Deliveries beforehand are possible
only in exceptional cases and after prior consultation with us.
The same applies to pickups after the trade fair. Please schedule the pickup for the afternoon of the trade fair day whenever possible. Later pickups are only possible after prior consultation. Depending on the location, costs for overnight storage may apply.

By car
The Augsburg trade fair is located directly on the B17. Signs lead you directly to the exhibition grounds.
By public transport
From Königsplatz via tram to Bukowina Institut / PCI, then on foot or by bus
At Königsplatz, take tram line 3 in the direction of Haunstetten West P R and get off at the Bukowina Institut / PCI stop. The journey takes around 12 minutes. From there, you can either walk to the exhibition center in around 7 minutes or take the bus and go one stop further. Depending on which direction you are traveling, get off at the Messe Süd or Messezentrum stop.
From Königsplatz via bus
At Königsplatz, take bus number 41 in the direction of Maria Stern or Bergstraße. Get off at the Messezentrum stop. The total journey time is around 12 minutes.

Parking
If you arrive by car, you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. There are around 3,700 parking spaces available on and around the exhibition grounds. Depending on the size of the event, different parking spaces are offered and signposted.
From the municipal car park (Friedrich-Ebert-Straße) you can reach our exhibition grounds safely and conveniently via a pedestrian bridge.
